As we celebrate our fifth year working with Ribble Cycles, we caught up with Austin Gray, Head of Operations, to understand why they continue to invest in employee wellbeing programmes with YOLO Wellbeing and how it’s impacting their people and business performance.

Our decision to collaborate with YOLO Wellbeing began during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, when we saw a sharp rise in both sales and new hires. While our operations grew, so did the mental health challenges at work. Staff were under increasing pressure, and we knew we had to invest in a structured workplace mental health support strategy.
YOLO Wellbeing offered a solution that provided immediate, practical help. Their on-site wellbeing sessions gave our employees a calm, supportive environment to relax, recharge and manage stress more effectively. Their role became essential in our broader mental health and wellbeing approach.
