Employee Feedback Shows YOLO Experience Improves Performance at Work


We recently completed an employee feedback survey to understand how the YOLO Experience can impact performance in the work place by boosting mood, increasing energy levels and reducing stress.

Prior to delivery of our YOLO Experience appointments, employees provide health data which revealed that 74%, of the staff who engaged in the survey were suffering from Fatigue, Stress, Anxiety, Depression, and other mental ill health conditions.

(Mental health conditions included: fatigue, stress, anxiety, stress, nervousness, menopause, mood swings, rage, PMT, post-natal depression, addiction, eating disorders, insomnia, phobias.)

Two weeks after their YOLO Experience we circulated a digital survey to understand how the YOLO Experience affected work performance, mood, energy and stress. Below are the results from the survey. base 57 employees (48%).

As part of the survey we received anecdotal feedback (over 32 comments), here’s a small selection:

‘I felt so at ease and relaxed immediately in the environment there. The treatment was amazing & I felt like it’s something I’ve being missing.’

‘I would love to experience again. Felt a whole lot lighter leaving, like a big weight had been lifted off my shoulders. Highly recommended. Thank you.’

‘I felt amazing relaxed and stress free which made me feel so happy.’

‘Felt relaxed and calm and positive.’
