We are celebrating three years in business this month, and it’s not the three years that were in the original business plan.
We endured COVID, pivoted the business and put plans in place for the future. We bounced back, supported the NHS (which we continue to do) and won some great contracts with clients we love working with.
In 2021 we won the Red Rose Health and Wellbeing Business of the Year Award, which was our biggest achievement and proudest moment. That was until earlier this year when three fantastic therapists graduated with a Level 3 Diploma in YOLO Experience Therapy and joined the team.
Our team doesn’t just consist of amazing therapists. Alison Shawish, who helped co-write our Diploma joined as Strategic Health Advisor, creating, and delivering our CPD workshops; Maureen Abson tutors our therapists in the YOLO Experience Therapy diploma; and Anika and Emily deliver amazing wellbeing activities including dance, relaxation and mobilisation, HITT and Pilates; online, in person and at events.
Here at YOLO Wellbeing, we love what we do, and we love the difference we make with the services we provide. With exciting plans and big hairy ass goals we’re ready to take on the next three years.
