Lancashire based Pierce Business Advisory and Accountancy firm appoint northwest business, YOLO Wellbeing to work with their employees to raise awareness of ergonomics, musculoskeletal health and DSE (display screen equipment) set-ups at home, to help their teams prevent injury and absence caused by poor posture.

Pierce have chosen to work with us at YOLO Wellbeing because we offer a complete service solution that includes the management of DSE Risk assessments; captures data on the impact home working ergonomics can have on employee health and wellbeing, and we provide 1-2-1 online DSE assessments which include the provision and delivery of reasonable adjustments to existing home working stations.

The 1-2-1 DSE Health and Wellbeing consultations we offer provide a practical mix of advice and activities to address the route cause of musculoskeletal injuries. Our research has identified poor posture caused from incorrect DSE set-ups is common amongst employees working from home.
